The TEA Budding Teacher or Trainer
Looking to get structure in place and design a course that suits all abilities as you begin to grow as a business?
The Training Programme to boost Your Teaching of Adults
A complete method to convert your lessons into full courses in a way that’s easy to plan, deliver and assess.
As a Budding teacher or trainer with several lessons behind you and students under your wing, you’ve probably found yourself with a whole new set of issues that you hadn’t foreseen as you began your teaching journey way back when.
As you’ve grown, perhaps financially, or as your course has grown in popularity, are you finding it more challenging to stay on track without feeling overworked, burned out even?
Good teachers often find themselves in this position; word gets around about their course, and before too long, they hit a wall and struggle to both scale, run their organisation and continue teaching to the same level.
Or perhaps you’re not quite there yet but can feel the pressure beginning to mount, and you’re looking for a way to get the right things in place before they start to grow?
There is a way to help you manage both your organisation and your teaching without the stress.
Introducing: the TEA Budding Teacher or Trainer Success Path
The TEA Budding Teacher or Trainer Success Path gives you the support and tools to help you to plan, deliver and assess courses efficiently. Allowing you to reach and appeal to more students, no matter their ability levels, while confidently running your organisation at a pace you are comfortable with.
Whether you’re running a successful business but feel like your wheels are spinning, or you’re on track to take on new students and want to get the basics right – the TEA Budding will help you at every stage of the journey.
Split over five levels; the TEA Budding Teacher or Trainer Success Path covers the following subject areas:
1.
Individual Learning Plans (ILPs)
Writing ILPs in conjunction with our students identifies their current ability levels and their specific goals, ensuring any learning difficulties or disabilities are accounted for.
2.
Learning Styles
Do you prefer to do something in class rather than listen to the teacher for 45 minutes, or perhaps you prefer to watch a video than read a book – here we look at the different Learning Styles of both you and your students.
3.
SMART Learning Outcomes
Aims and Learning Outcomes are the backbones of our courses and lessons; let’s now make them Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.
4.
Schemes of Work (SOW)
An SOW is an overview or a plan for what you aim to teach in a course. It’s a road map for where you want to go and the steps you will need to take to get there.
5.
Assessment Types & Methods
When and How do we assess the work of our students to ensure they are progressing towards meeting their learning goals?
Allowing any progressing teacher to:

Our Teaching Experience
Founded by former teacher Danielle Lloyd, TEA started nearly five years ago on the back of almost three decades of professional teaching experience, training and supporting hundreds of student teachers as they develop their teaching careers.
The TEA team combined the very best of the most up-to-date, user-friendly teaching methods and approaches to form the TEA Budding Teacher or Trainer Success Path, giving progressing teachers the help they needed to cope with teaching at varying levels.
Designed to teach others how to train adults, the support provided by TEA surrounds their core mission, to equip all new teachers with the techniques, skills and methods to teach adults with confidence.
To ask Danielle anything about the TEA courses or content, feel free to email her directly at: danielle@teateaching.com or phone her on her direct number 07958369987.
“Well done for getting this far in your teaching career. Not many do, so a big congratulations to you! Now it’s time to take what you’ve learned and take it up a gear.
The challenges you face aren’t merely about what you teach anymore; it’s how you teach them and how you can work with your students to accurately assess, understand and push them in the right direction depending on their individual emotional and intellectual abilities.”
What others are saying about our membership:
“Quality of work effectiveness of tutor and personality enthused. Support of tutor greatly appreciated.”
